Privacy policy
Last updated October 13, 2026.
This policy explains what personal information Horus Eye LLC (“Horus Eye”, “we”) collects through horuseye.us, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- When you contact us, we receive the details you type into the contact form or send by email, such as your name, work email, company, role and message.
- When you book a call (if booking is offered), we receive the details you give the booking service, such as your name, email and chosen time.
- Basic technical data is processed by our hosting provider, which handles standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the website.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking analytics, and we do not sell personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
- To prepare proposals and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice the work.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers, who handle data only to provide their service to us.
- Cloudflare hosts and secures the website.
- Formspree delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Apple iCloud Mail runs our email.
- Cal.com handles appointment booking, when offered.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@horuseye.us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or a US state with a privacy law, you may have additional rights under that law, and we will honor them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
